Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Army Training Command (ARTRAC), recently visited the Army War College (AWC) in Mhow. During his visit, he engaged with officers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force who are participating in the Joint Capsule (JOCAP), a collaborative training module that is part of the Higher Command Course offered by the three branches of the armed forces.
