The Indian Army’s Northern Command recently conducted a significant discussion titled ‘Samvad: Op Without Boundaries’, which centered on Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and the role of emerging technologies in addressing future security challenges.

During the event, Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Northern Command, emphasized the increasing necessity for enhanced synergy and adaptability within the military framework. He elucidated that contemporary conflicts will require seamless collaboration across various domains, including land, air, cyber, space, and information. LT Gen Sharma reaffirmed the Indian Army’s commitment to embracing technological advancements and maintaining operational readiness to meet evolving threats.
