In a recent initiative aimed at inspiring the next generation, Major General Dharm Raj Rai, SM, VSM, the Commandant of the Selection Centre East (SCE), led a Talent Outreach Programme for undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Prayagraj.
The session was designed to encourage students to explore potential careers in the Indian Armed Forces and to provide them with insights into essential qualities such as leadership, discipline, and personal growth. During the interactive discussion, Maj Gen Rai focused on the importance of preparation for the Service Selection Board (SSB), highlighting key attributes like self-awareness and communication skills.
