Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan recently addressed trainee officers at the Military Institute of Technology (MILIT), where he delivered an insightful lecture on National Security Architecture and Higher Defence Management. During the session, General Chauhan highlighted the increasing importance of establishing a robust Defence Technology Management framework.
