In a remarkable demonstration of academic prowess, two second-year Dermatology residents from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune, Major Rahul D Nair and Squadron Leader Diksha Garg, clinched the top spot in the National Postgraduate Dermatology Quiz.
