Air Marshal Sandeep Thareja, the Director General of Medical Services (Air) and Commodore Commandant of the Institute of Aerospace Medicine (IAM) in Bengaluru, took part in a significant visit to the institute on May 29, 2026. The visit aimed to review the numerous activities and operational contributions of the facility to military aviation medicine.
During his time at the IAM, Air Marshal Thareja was presented with a Ceremonial Guard of Honour, reflecting the esteemed status of his role. He took the opportunity to engage with officers, air warriors, and civilian staff, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and appreciation within the institute.
