The Leadership & Management Course at the Junior Leaders Academy (JLA) in Bareilly successfully concluded on July 22, 2026, after a rigorous six-week program aimed at enhancing leadership skills among junior military leaders from various security organizations.

This iteration of the course brought together participants from the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Assam Rifles, and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), highlighting the increasing importance of joint training efforts and inter-service collaboration.
