Major General Amaresh Gunjan, the General Officer Commanding of the Golden Key Division, recently conducted a review of the division’s operational readiness, emphasizing the increasingly vital role of indigenous technological developments in enhancing battlefield effectiveness and mission preparedness.
During this comprehensive review, particular attention was given to the division’s Drone Repair and Training Facility. This facility has emerged as a crucial asset, facilitating rapid maintenance, restoration, and deployment of unmanned aerial systems. By ensuring drones are consistently operational for tasks such as surveillance and reconnaissance, the facility has significantly boosted the division’s overall efficiency in critical missions.
Maj Gen Gunjan commended the division for its commitment to advancing self-reliant capabilities driven by technological innovation. He recognized the integration of sophisticated software solutions and specialized repair infrastructure, which allow for the expedient restoration of damaged or malfunctioning drone systems.
