Lieutenant General Prasanna Kishore Mishra, AVSM, YSM, SM, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, recently undertook a significant visit to the Kishtwar region in Jammu & Kashmir. This visit was aimed at reviewing the effectiveness of the Counter-Terrorism Grid and assessing the operational preparedness of various military units stationed in the area, further emphasizing the Army’s commitment to maintaining security in the region.
During his visit, Lt Gen Mishra received a comprehensive briefing on the current security landscape, focusing on ongoing counter-terrorism operations and the initiatives in place to fortify the existing security framework.
