EME School in Vadodara Concludes Young Officer Course for Indian Army Officers

The Electronics and Mechanical Engineering School in Vadodara marked a significant milestone with the successful conclusion of its latest Young Officer Course for the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME) on July 15, 2025. Seventeen officers completed the intensive training program, aimed at equipping junior officers with vital technical and leadership skills necessary for their roles within the Indian Army’s engineering and maintenance stream.

During the closing ceremony, Major General Mohit Gandhi, Commandant of EME School, commended the officers for their exceptional dedication and professionalism throughout the course. He underscored the importance of the school in cultivating a technically adept cadre of military leaders, aligning with the Indian Army’s aspirations for operational excellence and modernization.

Lieutenant Vanshraj Seth stood out among the graduating officers, earning the title of ‘Overall Best Student’ for his outstanding performance across academics, technical training, and leadership skills. His recognition highlights the high standards expected within the program and the commitment to fostering talent among the next generation of military leaders.

The EME School, functioning under the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), is renowned as one of India’s leading institutions for technical military education.
