The event commemorated the successful completion of a rigorous 95-week professional training program by 37 officers, which included international trainees from Sri Lanka and Myanmar. The ceremony took place at the INS Valsura campus located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, underscoring the institute’s position as a premier technical training center for the Indian Navy.
