Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Command, recently visited the Bombay Engineer Group and Centre, commonly referred to as the Bombay Sappers, located in Kirkee. This visit highlighted the Indian Army’s commitment to technological modernization as part of its ambitious “Decade of Transformation” initiative, which spans from 2023 to 2032.
