At the World Conference on Cutting Edge Science & Technology 2025, Major General Gautam Mahajan, Sena Medal, Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor of the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), delivered an impactful keynote address. He reiterated the national vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, advocating for a self-reliant India, and the goals set for Viksit Bharat 2047, which envisions a developed India.
