A grand ceremony recently took place to honor the outstanding achievements of 53 National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets and personnel who were awarded the esteemed DG NCC Commendation Card. This recognition was given for their exceptional contributions to the success of the Republic Day Camp 2025 (RDC 2025). Each recipient was presented with a commendation certificate along with a cash reward of ₹2,500 as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
The DG NCC Commendation Card stands as one of the highest honors for NCC personnel, conferred by the Director General of the NCC. The awardees exhibited exemplary discipline, leadership skills, and a strong commitment while executing their numerous responsibilities throughout the camp. Their significant accomplishments not only celebrate their individual efforts but also serve as an inspiration for future cohorts of NCC cadets and personnel, reflecting the corps’ core principles of unity, courage, and service.
Beyond the commendation card recipients, a total of 225 NCC cadets and personnel received the DG NCC Medallion, recognizing their outstanding performance during the camp. These medallions emphasize the extraordinary contributions of NCC members, who excelled in drills, cultural programs, and various critical activities during RDC 2025.
The Republic Day Camp is an annual training and celebration event that culminates in the Republic Day parade, providing an opportunity for cadets from across the country to demonstrate their discipline, patriotism, and organizational skills.
