The Graduation Ceremony of No. 162 Fighter Controllers’ Course (FCC), which began on 6 July, was held at Lucknow’s Air Force Station Memoura in Uttar Pradesh on 17 Dec 2020.
16 Indian Air Force officers successfully completed the course and donned the coveted Fighter Controllers’ Badge.
The ceremony was presided over by Air Vice Marshal B Saju, Assistant Air Force Chief of Air Staff Operation (Air Defense) Air Force Headquarters. Wing Commander Amit Sharma, Commanding Officer, Air Defense College, threw light on various aspects of the course on the occasion. Air Vice Marshal B Saju presented awards and medals to the meritorious trainees at the ceremony.
Flying Officer Navneet Mishra (pictured on the left in the front row) was awarded the Air Officer Commanding in Chief Middle Air Command Trophy ‘Best in Overall Performance’ for outstanding performance during the course. Station commander Group Captain Aditya Prakash Singh of Air Force Station Memora and other officials were also present on the occasion.
