Lieutenant General Girish Kalia, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Spear Corps, recently undertook a visit to an Assam Rifles Battalion stationed in Mizoram. The primary goal of this visit was to review the battalion’s operational preparedness and assess the current security landscape along the Indo-Myanmar Border.
During his time with the unit, the Corps Commander was provided with a comprehensive briefing on various aspects of the battalion’s operational readiness.
