Day in a manner where you easily convey what your topic is and how you have divided your topics into different sub-parts. Express yourself in the same way that a teacher would to his or her students. Maintain a positive vibe and a joyful face while using limited hand gestures.
Make an outline of what you want to say – Use the three minutes allotted to you to make an outline of the main points you want to make. Just keep the main points in mind. And then make a list of those points.
