NCC special entry does not count for AFA it's only for OTA. But yes candidate having NCC 'C' from Airwing can skip written exam of AFCAT exam and is only applicable for Pilot SSC. Please take advice from NCC 'C' of airwing candidate or from AFSSB Head Officer. They will guid you in the best possible way.
