It Belongs To The Skipper Butterfly Family Of Lepidoptera.
It Is The 1^st Bromus Swift Butterfly To Be Found In The Western Ghats.
It Is An Indo-Australian Genus With More Than 15 Species Found In Southeast Asia.
Its 2 Other Subspecies Are Caltoris Bromus Bromus & Caltoris Bromus Yanuka.
Vembanad Lake Is The Largest Lake In Kerala And The Longest Lake In India.
