On 26 November, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Successfully Launched The PSLV C 54 (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) And Eight Nanosatellites, Into Space From The First Launch Pad At The Satish Dhawan Space Centre In Andhra Pradesh’s Sriharikota.
The Oceansat (Earth Observation Satellite) And 8 Other Nanosatellites Of The Payloads Have Separated In The Sun-synchronous Orbits.
The Payloads Are Indigenous And Will Provide Crucial Data Including Detection Of Cyclones In Potential Zones & Maritime Security.
The Customer Payloads Are ISRO Nano Satellite-2 For Bhutan (INS-2B), Anand, 4 Satellites Of Astrocast And 2 Satellites Of Thybolt.
This Is The 56^th Flight Of The PSLV Of ISRO & Its Objective Is To Ensure Wind Vector Data To Sustain The Operational Applications & Data Continuity Of Ocean Colour.
