Ghana To Assume Presidency Of UN Security Council

The Ghana (West African country), assumes the rotating monthly Presidency of the United Nations Security Council.
During the November month 2022, Ghana shall supervise over the meetings of the Council (adoptions, debates and consultations).
Ghana is focusing on Improving Global Peace and security for Sustainable and Inclusive Development, particularly on the continent of Africa.
Ghana rejoined the UN Security Council on January 1, 2022.
It is the 3^rd time Ghana is holding a non permanent seat on the Council.
UNSC Is The Organ Of The United Nations Authorized By The Charter With Responsibility For The Maintenance Of International Peace And Security.
It Was Established On 24^th Oct 1945.
Brazil, India, Albania, Gabon, Ghana, Ireland, Kenya, Mexico, Norway And UAE Are Temporary Members.

Tage Taki (Fisheries Minister) Announced That A Fish Museum Would Soon Be Built In Arunachal Pradesh.
The Museum In The Northeast Region, With All Fish Species Across The District From Tawang To Longding, To Attract Tourists, Fish Lovers And The Museum Will Also Serve As A Training Centre For Fish Farmers.
The Fish Museum Would Be A Part Of India’s First Integrated Aqua Park (IAP), Sanctioned By The Union Ministry Of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying (Mofahd).
An Amount Of Rs 43.59 Crores Was Sanctioned For The Project In The Current Financial Year As The First Installment.

On 2 November, The Union Cabinet, Chaired By PM Narendra Modi, Approved Naming Of Greenfield Airport At Hollongi, Itanagar, As ‘Donyi Polo Airport.
The ‘Doni Polo’ Reflects The People’s Respect For The Sun (Doni) And The Moon (Polo), Symbols Of The State’s Traditions And Rich Cultural Heritage.
After Pasighat and Tezu airports, Hollongi Airport is the third airport in the state and the only airport in the capital city.
Doni Polo Airport in Itanagar is the 16th airport in Northeast India
